1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZinoDesk platform ("Service"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Service agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Subscription and Billing (Merchant of Record)

ZinoDesk requires a subscription for certain premium features. Our order process is conducted by our online resellers, Paddle.com and Stripe. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders globally.

• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Taxes: Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to payments and returns, including all applicable taxes like VAT.

3. Refund Policy

Because ZinoDesk instantly expends fixed computational resources and LLM API costs upon your usage, we generally do not offer refunds for processed payments. We do, however, evaluate exceptions (such as accidental duplicate charges) on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there was a billing error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

As a user of our Service, you agree not to misuse the ZinoDesk platform. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious scripts on external websites.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the AI infrastructure.
• Host illegal or abusive content on agents generated through ZinoDesk.
• Bypass rate-limits or attempt to artificially inflate API quotas.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of an account without a refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ZinoDesk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZinoDesk, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
